Winter Festivals Around the World
Explore and celebrate the diverse winter holidays and traditions from different cultures around the globe. This event will take participants on a journey through various international festivities, emphasizing the universal joys of community, light, and giving. We will work on a Holiday Traditions Craft-a-thon, using the Cricut machine, participants create crafts inspired by global holiday traditions such as Diwali lanterns, Kwanzaa candles, Hanukkah dreidels, and Christmas ornaments. This maker project encourages cultural appreciation and the sharing of global holiday spirit.
