Yoga

Join us for a beginner-friendly, all-levels yoga class taught by a certified yoga teacher. We will spend an hour practicing bringing body, mind, and breath together to promote relaxation and connect with the present moment.  Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have yoga mats and blocks available.
