ASPIRE: FREE GED Prep, Tutoring, Adult Literacy, and Basic Skills Classes
FREE ASPIRE Adult Education classes presented by the Neighborhood Centers Association provide free education and tutoring for adults (and teens ages16 and up) who are beginning readers, seeking a GED or HiSET, or high school grads who need to improve skills for college, employment, or career advancement.

Services are provided at no cost to those who 1) want to learn to read or improve their basic skills, 2) are seeking to pass the GED or HiSET exams, or 3) have a high school diploma but want to improve their skills to prepare for college or employment opportunities.
Our hyflex program model allows students to attend in person or virtually. All students work with licensed educators. One-on-one tutoring is also available beginning in April 2025.
Students are also eligible to receive FREE RTA passes to attend classes.
