At The Table: A Discussion with Tara Pringle Jefferson

Join us at the Cleveland Public Library for an inspiring conversation with Tara Pringle Jefferson, author of Bloom How You Must: A Black Woman’s Guide to Self-Care and Generational Healing. A certified breathwork facilitator and wellness advocate, Tara is the founder of The Self Care Suite, a digital wellness community for Black women.

Drawing from over a decade of experience, she has shared her wellness expertise with audiences at organizations such as WW, SiriusXM, Wayfair, and Priceline, and her voice has been featured in The Cut, Black Enterprise, and Essence. In this talk, Tara will explore themes of self-care, healing, and personal growth, offering insights that encourage reflection and transformation.

A Cleveland native, Tara lives in northeast Ohio with her husband and two children. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, reflect, and be inspired. Books will be available for purchase.
