No-Sweat Core Strengthening Classes

Fridays are bonus fitness days with additional free No-Sweat Core Strengthening classes offered on an alternating basis.  No-Sweat Core Strengthening classes take place every Monday and Friday.  Yoga classes take place on Wednesdays.  Join us for refreshing and relaxing fitness activities at lunch time.
