No-Sweat Core Strengthening Class

Core strengthening does not require endlessly-repetititive sit ups.  Pliates-inspired no-sweat core training is about isolating the deepest abdominals and connected to inhaling and exhaling your breath, leaving you refreshed but not sweaty.  Sessions are free and open to the public.
