No Sweat Core Strengthening Classes

Core strengthening does not require endlessly repetitive sit-ups.  Pilates-inspired, no-sweat core training is about isolating the deepest abdominals and connecting to your breath, leaving you refreshed but not sweaty.  Sessions are free and open to the public.
