Feral cats are a problem in many neighborhoods. These cats have been let down by many humans. But you can be one of the people who helps them out. Learn how to help curb the feral cat problem through TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) and, if you choose, build a warming shelter for these cats who must live outdoors (supplies provided while they last.)
